DELIVERY INFORMATION

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been processed.

Delivery of ordered Goods will be arranged based on the availability timeslot of the Company after the receipt of payment.

For every ordered Goods, there will be delivery charges applied.

The Company only provides unloading service up to car porch, ground floor only (for landed property) and loading bay, ground floor only (for condominium, apartment or any high rise building). Please ensure assistance/help is available at the site for unloading. Please provide the CORRECT delivery address where someone will be at site to receive the tiles.

Any dates quoted for delivery of Goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. The Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date.

If the Customer or person in charge is not at the scheduled delivery site, the driver will not leave the Goods unattended at an address as there must be an authorised person to sign for and accept delivery. However, if the Customer strongly requested for the goods to leave unattended, the Company will not bear with any missing goods or broken goods after delivery.

If Goods cannot be delivered due to the Customer’s unavailability, they will be returned and the Customer will be liable for both the initial delivery charges and the full re-delivery charges.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

The Company will contact the Customer prior to the actual delivery date to confirm on the delivery details. Orders are delivered within Klang Valley only.

*Working day is Monday to Friday inclusive, but excluding Malaysian national public holidays and the Company’s closure as specified on Company’s social media. The lead time for items from outstation (out of Klang Valley) will take 7-14 working days.
