Delivery Information


DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Goods will be dispatched only after full payment is received.

  • Delivery charges apply to all good orders.

  • Unloading is provided at ground floor only (car porch for landed property, loading bay for high-rise). Customer must arrange assistance and provide the correct delivery address with someone present to receive the goods.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays and may deliver earlier.

  • Goods will not be left unattended unless requested by the Customer, and the Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage after delivery. If delivery fails due to Customer unavailability, return and re-delivery charges will apply.

Delivery Address

  • Goods will be shipped only to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Customers must provide a correct address and reachable phone number. Delivery to P.O. Boxes ( Post-Office Boxes) is not available.

  • The Company is not liable for returns caused by incorrect shipping details.

Change In Delivery Address

  • Any request to change the shipping address must be emailed to itoliceramicsb@gmail.com within 12 hours of order submission.

  • Requests made after 24 hours from order confirmation will incur additional shipping charges borne by the Customer.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Delivery will be scheduled based on the Company’s available timeslot after payment is received.

  • The Company will contact the Customer to confirm delivery details prior to delivery.

  • Delivery is available within Klang Valley only.

*Working day is Monday to Friday inclusive, but excluding Malaysian national public holidays and the Company’s closure as specified on Company’s social media. The lead time for items from outstation (out of Klang Valley) will take 7-14 working days.

**The Company only provides unloading service up to car porch, ground floor only (for landed property) and loading bay, ground floor only (for condominium, apartment or any high rise building). Please ensure assistance/help is available at the site for unloading.
